Your life will be easy if your manager is good. If not best of luck with your stress.

Being a very big company, no perk or benifits. Insurance policy sucks, you may need to pay a significant amount if you need a better one.

Work life balance based the project you assigned. Company culture is ok. No micro management.

Dislikes

Past 4 years no hike. No additional benefits. No appreciation. Varible pay for every quarter lesser than 50%.

Good for Middle Level Resources as you get to learn the new skills in a production environment while working with the clients onsite. Chances of getting on to the payroll of the clients. However, chances are bleak(may not be even 5%).

Dislikes

Not good for senior resources. Hikes are not given even after 3 years. Besides this, variable pay will be deducted on play of number game. Resources will not have any recognition as the resources will be outsourced to work at client place. DO NOT expect anything other than Net salary (excluding variable pay). No yearly hikes, elevations. Chances of luring with a tantalizing bait of overseas opportunity which of course would never happen. Grateful for the opportunity given yet not a satisfactory journey.

1. Bench policy is very bad. 2. Variable pay should be regular. 3. Please care about people on bench instead of hiring outside people. 4. Management should be reachable to employees and there should be transparent discussion.
