For freshers/ with no experiences candidate it ok to join and work for company for 1-2 years only to gain experience that all I can say about it

...e balance No Promotion/Appraisal No Work satisfaction No proper recognitions No Salary Increments or Benefits Managers only in favor of their followers, and not giving credits or recognition to our works instead they give other name to our works and saying team work

I have worked in mphasis more than 18 years. Its.innovative work culture - Mphasis encourages innovation, experimentation, and learning, making it an exciting workplace for professionals. Collaborative environment - The company fosters a collaborative environment, promoting teamwork and knowledge sharing among employees. Work life balance health and job satisfaction was there.

Dislikes

Considering tenure employees and experience need to pay attention on scale as per market standards which is potential drawback. Being higher outside they need to pay attention on stay back experience employees.

Literally nothing, can't even give tissue paper, to take some office supplies u need to go to different building, wifi doesn't work in the office

Dislikes

No promotion, will make u work long hours, no perks, no salary hike, got acquired from another company, didn't wanted to join but no choice had to serve the notice period, no promotion for 2 years

Your life will be easy if your manager is good. If not best of luck with your stress.

Dislikes

Being a very big company, no perk or benifits. Insurance policy sucks, you may need to pay a significant amount if you need a better one.

It's a good organization to start the career but should not continue once you complete 1 year at Mphasis.

Dislikes

1. Toxic work culture, 2. No salary hikes at all. 3. Very selfish management. 4. Fake promises.
