Mphasis gives good package only when you are being offered. Once you get in there will not be any increments

No Hikes , No promotions Will give irrelevant reasons while giving ratings Even if you get the 5 /5 rating , you don't get hike. No Allowances , No proper cabs

Worst in terms of salary hikes, from almost two years I'm working here and I did not see a penny hike yet. Keeping aside hikes, they are not paying Variable component also from last one year. Variable pay is part of your CTC, not even paying it partially or fully is pathetic part of the company.

I wouldn't suggest this, except if someone is looking for salary perks, work life balance is horrible. Higher management doesn't look for the employee concerns.

Higher management. I worked in a project which was in RED, and no public holidays or leaves. Have to listen all kind of rubbish from the manager. Even lead resource is treated as jr developer.

It depends on project, leads and manager. They are support you if uh want to grow only in ur domain and they will assign uh learning skills

If you ask them about salary or promotion, they won't be that supportive coz it's not in there hands. For freshers growth is good but pay makes uh cry.

It's a good organization to start the career but should not continue once you complete 1 year at Mphasis.

Dislikes

1. Toxic work culture, 2. No salary hikes at all. 3. Very selfish management. 4. Fake promises.
