The company has a good work life balance and culture. It also depends on the project which you work for. Work from home for long term (8 months) was approved on request as I was delivering excellent performance.

Dislikes

Compensation structure is very bad compared to other companies. Projects are still using old technologies. Onsite opportunities are biased.

Nothing to like. No opportunities and forcing women employees to work in night shifts though there are other people interested.

... Job security wise it is not much secure as you have 2 months bench period only. After that u tend to get half salary if u don't find the project within 2 months.

Everything in the company is fine. Good teammates, adequate training, good carrer growth, decent salary hikes, nice work environment and culture. And proper work life balance.

That's nothing. My observations is it depends upon what project you get and with what people you work with. my project was excellent and I was surrounded by nice people.

Likes

The company is having multiple locations in which each location is having multiple projects at a time. Because of that company has hired people from all cultural backgrounds. Some colleagues are much helpful than others. If your are lucky you will get good mentors who can guide you to good place in career.

Dislikes

Compensation is okay, but career growth and appraisal for work is close to none. Some managers do not value individuals' ideas or suggestions. I do receive appreciation emails from my client, but they mostly go unnoticed in my appraisals
