Colleague is good.

Dislikes

No salary hikes from past 5 years. No promotions. If you ask, they will tell you that please change company. We are in loss. Others companies are firing their employees. But, we are not.

Likes

I like the work and life balance. Also, on the transparency and respect they give when you work well. Felt better than than my first organisation.

Dislikes

Hikes, variable pay and bench policy. You should go for higher salary when you enter Mphasis.

Not worth working there. No growth in any aspect.

Dislikes

Only exploitation of employee skills and time. No recognition in terms of pay growth or any sort of benifits to employee. No hikes for mid and higher level employees even if you perform well. Threatening by higher management is common norm here. No onsite travel at all. CIO team is not worth in any aspect for full time employees.

- Salary on time but salary during bench period is horrible - Follows cmm 5 organizations guidelines - Good learning curves

Dislikes

- managers are very rude .only works for organizations .never underastand on behlaf of their reportees . - during bench period ,first 2 months full salary ,then next 2 months 50% salary .thereafter sabatical for 6 months if you didn't get any project . - if you choose wfh and not interested to relocate ,then chances are less to get the project . - Bad politics on wfh and project allocation to remote employees . even if you select also ,they will keep on hold and will take other employee who prefers to work from office.

Mphasis offered good package . offer letter released in less time . recruitment HRs are good .they negotiate less .

Dislikes

...any should add one clause in offer letter about the talent pool (bench) policy . 2 months with full pay ,2 months with 50% pay cut and there after 6 months with sabatical if you didn't get through the project . I am getting selected to the project but because of budget issue (in many accounts during the recession time) and other location constraint ,I have been in bench last 3 months .While mphasis offered me , as I was the early joiner that time , they said they are going to have the office at bhubaneswar but due to recession ,probably their plan changed to set up the office in bbsr and kolkata .Now they are telling those resources to relocate to existing mphasis office . This is one of the drawback for me as they put many resources from bhubaneswar and kolkata under pressure to relocate.
