It's been 2 years and no hike and promotion since joining here. Cost cutting by not giving variable pay. Asking employee to come on Saturday and Sunday to meet the deadlines.

Bench policy.after 2month, third month salay will be half and 4th month onwards to six month sabatical mean no salary till six month after that they will ask to resign.within this duration if any requirement comes, they call for interview, if slected , salary would start.

Onsite opportunities are more. However no job security as there is bench policy. If a person do not have project for 3 months the salary cut off is 50% and post 6 months complete salary stop.

I like the work and life balance. Also, on the transparency and respect they give when you work well. Felt better than than my first organisation.

Hikes, variable pay and bench policy. You should go for higher salary when you enter Mphasis.

They will provide good salary just to grap you and put you to the project. Nothing much.

You are valued only till you have project post which zero value , there will be HR discussion to put you in bench for 15 days immediately into notice period and ask you to look for a job outside within that period. Zero job security. :( Mphasis BPO is like consultancy - they will pull people sourcing and put them to clients location to work. If client throw you out then get bounced back to Mphasis. You will be under Mphasis payroll but working from client location. Not sure about IT sector. What ever discussed is purely about Mphasis BPO sector
