Job Description
Who are we looking for
Looking for someone with overall 5 years of experience for TeamConnect Developer Position
Technical Skills:
Must have 3+ years of experience in TeamConnect Legal
Must have 5+ years of experience in Legal matter management and spend management domain
3+ years of hands on experience in TeamConnect customizations including development of custom java rules and screens
Hands on experience in TeamConnect application and data warehouse databases
5+ years of real time experience in Java, J2EE including web services and XML
Domain knowledge in Legal Hold will be an added advantage
Real time experience in Analysis, Design, Development, Migration, Integration and Testing of TeamConnect application
Should be a team player with an ability to work with vendors and other developers for fixing application related issues
Knows compliance best practices, Develop and implement best practices, policies and processes as required.
Keeps track of important milestones.
Responds to requests and executes promptly and correctly.
Develops strong working relationships with colleagues across departments and seniority levels.
Coordinate assigned deliverable schedules to ensure client s timelines are met. Provide guidance to clients or service partners on integration strategies.
Contribute to the customers experience in a way that results in high customer delight.
Completion of other tasks as assigned on time, every time.
Strong oral, written communication skills & collaboration skills.

Maintain discretion and confidentiality in all areas pertaining to data and proprietary information
High comfort level working in a fast-paced, results-oriented culture
Strong interpersonal, stakeholder management, and relationship building skills; ability to establish credibility/rapport with stakeholders globally and in a virtual environment
Ability to work independently and in a self-directed manner with minimal guidance
Perform tasks as assigned.
Provide regular status reports to the team.

Demonstrated experience in Agile methodology and its related practices.

I worked with Mphasis only for 6 months and in those 6 months I worked for 3 months only that to at client site. The client site environment was good.

Dislikes

I felt a few people feels that they own the company and gets so rude with the employees. I personally didn't like their attitude , had to quit within 6 months. Otherwise I had a plan to stay for long.
