They will provide good salary just to grap you and put you to the project. Nothing much.

You are valued only till you have project post which zero value , there will be HR discussion to put you in bench for 15 days immediately into notice period and ask you to look for a job outside within that period. Zero job security. :( Mphasis BPO is like consultancy - they will pull people sourcing and put them to clients location to work. If client throw you out then get bounced back to Mphasis. You will be under Mphasis payroll but working from client location. Not sure about IT sector. What ever discussed is purely about Mphasis BPO sector

Not worth working there. No growth in any aspect.

Dislikes

Only exploitation of employee skills and time. No recognition in terms of pay growth or any sort of benifits to employee. No hikes for mid and higher level employees even if you perform well. Threatening by higher management is common norm here. No onsite travel at all. CIO team is not worth in any aspect for full time employees.

Mphasis offered good package . offer letter released in less time . recruitment HRs are good .they negotiate less .

...any should add one clause in offer letter about the talent pool (bench) policy . 2 months with full pay ,2 months with 50% pay cut and there after 6 months with sabatical if you didn't get through the project . I am getting selected to the project but because of budget issue (in many accounts during the recession time) and other location constraint ,I have been in bench last 3 months .While mphasis offered me , as I was the early joiner that time , they said they are going to have the office at bhubaneswar but due to recession ,probably their plan changed to set up the office in bbsr and kolkata .Now they are telling those resources to relocate to existing mphasis office . This is one of the drawback for me as they put many resources from bhubaneswar and kolkata under pressure to relocate.

... security and they will keep you on bench for 3-4 months without any project. Mainly, they don't pay salary when you are not allocated to the project after 3 months. Then you will put down the paper's.

Mphasis an awesome place to work. I would like work with mphasis again.

Mphasis is a good place to work but sometimes I dislike regarding compensation but still I like mphasis and I wanted to work with mphasis.
