No promotion, will make u work long hours, no perks, no salary hike, got acquired from another company, didn't wanted to join but no choice had to serve the notice period, no promotion for 2 years

Worst administration 8. Company management behaves like miser 9. Third class mentality high level hierarchy 10. If you keenly observe the Mphasis is such a worst company among all for example, a. Last block in the SEZ b. Last floors in the SEZ c. Last parking in the cellar d. Very limited parking for 4 wheelers

The quality of projects are really good. The colleagues and managers are helpful and supportive and easily reachable Hard work is recognized and appreciated

Dislikes

Maintaining long wasteful ODC hours. No communication devices allowed inside. No salary appraisal for lateral employees. Bench period starts before you actually go to the bench. Full salary for just 1 month after this time.

*Mangement team is not well trained and they are biased especially in chennai *Salary is really less * Hikes are not given for long time *there no good benefits, they don't even provide insurance *They will ask to revoke resignation and say that they match the salary other company is offering but what's employee will be not knowing is once the resignation is revoked they will never match the salary at all. I personally faced this issue *Management team is really bad

1. No Salary increment from last 4 years in any department, 2. Multiple manager hierarchy, 3. Unnecessary internal PF process, 4. Benefits like Internet bill reimbursement are only on paper, 5. Rude hiring HRs (Negotiate as higher as possible while joining only, because once you join in- you'll not get anything) 6. Unskilled managers or management (not all but some), 7. Appreciations happen only on email, the rewards system (money based) stopped from Q1 2023, you'll get certificates to post on social media/LinkedIn 😁 8. Quarterly bonus will be received only if "whole team" performs better & if your client is 100% happy. Else, forget it. (It doesn't matter how smart/hard you worked
