Lack of appreciation in the context of appraisals and bonus/gifts, less focused on salary and other perks/benefits, Bad promotional cycle with no communication whatsoever.

... some extent and great opportunity available here is internal project switches.Salary and appraisal here depends on you behavior with your manager which i didn't like.But, yeah this is common in all the companies. Travel? I don't want to talk much about it, I doubt if the founder of company does know the eligibility of this opportunity. Coming to politics, is there any place without any politics? There are many open opportunities for an individual to learn and explore different technologies here which is the best I can say and you are free to change your verticals but again this depends on your managers. Work environment is average thing I can say here. All the extra curricular activities happens only in Bangalore and Chennai campus and in remaining locations we don't even have proper and sufficient cafeteria. In short with my overall experience in Mindtree is good and satisfactory to which I can give 3/5.

-Salary is very low - hikes are usually 2-4% even if you put lots of efforts -nothing to learn , projects are on specific tools My personal experience was horrible even after resigning. I had to follow up for months to get my full and final

The company offers a competitive salary, high-quality trainings and direct client interactions. The office has great amenities like massage chairs and gyms, provides meal coupons. Some roles also include on-site work opportunities.

Dislikes

Revise appraisal process and hike percentages, offer only relevant trainings or courses that have a market value and are futureproof. Increase manager involvement and awareness in the process and train them to follow ethical practices. Respect employee's personal life, recognize extra efforts. Update the sick leave and bench policy, so they mare more sensible.

Being as a fresher it's really good company you must join this organization.

Dislikes

Salary hike is very less here as we can see the inflation rate in india so it's really difficult to manage with less CTC. If it will improve then I don't think anyone will leaving this organization early.
