*nothing positive about a company like mphasis

*Mangement team is not well trained and they are biased especially in chennai *Salary is really less * Hikes are not given for long time *there no good benefits, they don't even provide insurance *They will ask to revoke resignation and say that they match the salary other company is offering but what's employee will be not knowing is once the resignation is revoked they will never match the salary at all. I personally faced this issue *Management team is really bad

...ch, all of them have same concern as like me... So pls don't prefer mphasis... After 1 month of bench, next 2 month they will deduct 50 % salary cutoff, then from 3rd month onwards no salary ( sabbatical).

I like the work and life balance. Also, on the transparency and respect they give when you work well. Felt better than than my first organisation.

Hikes, variable pay and bench policy. You should go for higher salary when you enter Mphasis.

Bench HR policies are not good. If we are in bench after two months you will be get half salary only and next two months you will not get salary you will be going to subaticle. There is no projects in this company and TFG team is worest I never seen any other companies.

... you are on the bench for a long time No one listens and tries to solve issues Less salary for the same roles as compared with other companies Once you are on project , it is not guaranteed if you will get relevent tasks to gain experience Trained on different skill and mapped to another skill.
