Literally nothing, can't even give tissue paper, to take some office supplies u need to go to different building, wifi doesn't work in the office

Dislikes

No promotion, will make u work long hours, no perks, no salary hike, got acquired from another company, didn't wanted to join but no choice had to serve the notice period, no promotion for 2 years

Job security is there, on the same hand there are no hikes and variable pays on the name of cost cutting is really terrible. If will get good clients or projects then may be these stats will change.

Dislikes

Work environment is not good, sometimes too much pressure will be there on employees, no management at all. Too much politics, client relations are also not good.

Likes

Overall it is good for learning. Its just learning platform.

Dislikes

Appraisal are not good. Salary is not worth for the work we do. There are not even perks provided for festivals as a gratitude to employees. it is having more people struggling to get paid properly.

The quality of projects are really good. The colleagues and managers are helpful and supportive and easily reachable Hard work is recognized and appreciated

Dislikes

Maintaining long wasteful ODC hours. No communication devices allowed inside. No salary appraisal for lateral employees. Bench period starts before you actually go to the bench. Full salary for just 1 month after this time.

Flexible working hours, Skill development internal platforms or training tools, Self awareness sessions organised by HRBPs

Dislikes

1. No Salary increment from last 4 years in any department, 2. Multiple manager hierarchy, 3. Unnecessary internal PF process, 4. Benefits like Internet bill reimbursement are only on paper, 5. Rude hiring HRs (Negotiate as higher as possible while joining only, because once you join in- you'll not get anything) 6. Unskilled managers or management (not all but some), 7. Appreciations happen only on email, the rewards system (money based) stopped from Q1 2023, you'll get certificates to post on social media/LinkedIn 😁 8. Quarterly bonus will be received only if "whole team" performs better & if your client is 100% happy. Else, forget it. (It doesn't matter how smart/hard you worked
