... Earlier it was known for Job Security But now even this Feature is diminished Salary, Promotions & Other perks are total NO in this company. You will be 100% lucky is you get your Full Salary leave apart other benefits. So overall an below average company.

Salary is Horrible, Promotion & Appraisals are Terrible They try to bring you down in terms of your CTC as well as your Designation. Appraisals happen alternative years that to max 3 to 4% to top performer They mostly hire people who are jobless And take full advantage of this situation: Cut in CTC Demotion in Designation Force you to work in pure Night Shift without any perks etc. Earlier Job Security was it's Unique Advantage but post COVID this Advantage is also vanished They removed soo many people So even job security is not there now

No salary revision for 3 years in a row making employees unhappy. Shift allowance policy is bad compared to industry standards. Bench policy worst with sabattucal from 2nd month onwards on bench.

... pay extra to give you reliving letter. HR don't even have any idea on anything. Their recruiter force you to take joining bonus and to join the company but then that's a trap, while leaving the company they will make that as a reason and take your entire salary and everything and still ask you to pay more.

1. No Salary increment from last 4 years in any department, 2. Multiple manager hierarchy, 3. Unnecessary internal PF process, 4. Benefits like Internet bill reimbursement are only on paper, 5. Rude hiring HRs (Negotiate as higher as possible while joining only, because once you join in- you'll not get anything) 6. Unskilled managers or management (not all but some), 7. Appreciations happen only on email, the rewards system (money based) stopped from Q1 2023, you'll get certificates to post on social media/LinkedIn 😁 8. Quarterly bonus will be received only if "whole team" performs better & if your client is 100% happy. Else, forget it. (It doesn't matter how smart/hard you worked

To be frank I'm just ok with their package as compared to other companies but still there is no additional benefits like night shift allowance or bonus.

As a customer chat agent it's really challenging task to work almost 7:45 hours constantly on 3 concerency which will break down our mental health and cause stress and also shif part they will continuously changes according to their need they will not even ask agents that they are comfortable or not and also there will be a huge difference in shifts life one month day shift and next month will be night shift which will cause for health, sleep and peace. If you are looking for peaceful work I would recommend every one to not choose customer support domain in Mphasis.
