Its Bad experiences i am having with CSS corp Also, you will struggle a lot to get your reimbursement related like, Medical claims, monthly internet bills etc... ...ity they are earning 1000 from the employees and giving 1 rupees salary to them. Also on everything they deducted the cost for example if transport allowance ideally should be 500 but if they give 350 to old employee when policy proposed after cost cutting they reduced it to 300 to new employee as they don't know the background. Always think 100times you join here they have habit of cost cutting. They removed the access of outlook mail because they see there is no use of it. Of all associate level that too only 500 to 600 candidate. i don't know by doing this how much they can save.

Its a NO for freshers

Dislikes

No salary hikes, No increments, No appraisal. Company itlself is in financial crisis. They can remove you whenever they want. No job security. Notice period is 3 months which doesn't suits the company. No growth in compensation as well as knowledge.

When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?
