No salary hikes, No increments, No appraisal. Company itlself is in financial crisis. They can remove you whenever they want. No job security. Notice period is 3 months which doesn't suits the company. No growth in compensation as well as knowledge.

Very poor salary hike and salary is not based on skills. I have seen people with lower designation tand working in manual getting more salary than higher designation working in automation. High partiality and politics here .

...e than 5 years you wont get any promotion or role change. Dont expect any Perks. For Diwali they wont give any Bonus or Sonpapdi box, even they don't send Diwali wishes mail .

...ity they are earning 1000 from the employees and giving 1 rupees salary to them. Also on everything they deducted the cost for example if transport allowance ideally should be 500 but if they give 350 to old employee when policy proposed after cost cutting they reduced it to 300 to new employee as they don't know the background. Always think 100times you join here they have habit of cost cutting. They removed the access of outlook mail because they see there is no use of it. Of all associate level that too only 500 to 600 candidate. i don't know by doing this how much they can save.
