On time salary.
Fixed salary, no variable.
Learning scope is good.
Salary is ok or can say slightly better than the MNC.
Good company for Telgu people.
Good for people who wants to hide their pervious fake experience.
Good for people who wants to growth quickly in their career. Like..Stay here for 5 years or more, you will be a manager for sure.
Good growing company and has a good potential to become a big IT firm.
Join this company if you are a Telgu guy or you have something from the above list to reach.
Don't join if you are not a Telgu guy or coming from an MNC, else definitely you will miss something here.
Here, 80℅ people are here from AP or Telangana. Most of time in meeting they will talk in Telgu and they will not bother if you do not understand it..
7-8 years exp. people will become manager, Sr. Manager or Director. So there is a big gap of experience to the role or low quality of work in management. Lets say the Head of the HR dept or HR Director of this company is just 9yrs of experience (in 2021) and (she has just a B.tech degree)
You will feel some politics or regional feeling here.
It's a start up, growing company. So....
They are mainly hiring people for their clients(for other IT Companies) means they don't have much in-house projects.
If you are not tagged to any other clients then you will be in some in-house project but there, you will be working as a shadow resource for someone and there will be no job security.
As per the job offer letter, Mouritech has a privilege to terminate you immediately and without any notice but when you resign you will have to serve a notice of 90days ( same in probation period also).
Some time your HR will ask you for your LinkedIn or Tweeter to fallow or update Mouritech in your profile.
Some time you will find fake people around you
Or the Work quality or the program writing skill or writing codes is not so good when compare to other IT company's guys.).
