...ere are lots of things to add here but I will try to summarise in short message. The first is your salary will be too low far less then the average salary. You have to everything. You have to open demet account, you have to do the backoffice work, you have to do sales, you have to find out potential clients, you have to raise fund from customer, you have to solve the query of client. In short you have to do everything (finance role, marketing role, sales Role, backoffice role) by all doing this you will get very less salary. For demet account opening company will not provide data. You have to find out do it everything by yourself. ZERO support from management. I will prefer to not join Motilal Oswal atleast in advisor role.

Motilal oswal is home to unethical practices all the way. They give fake promises about providing incentives after completion of a given target. Bosses just use you to take a promotion for themselves and there are girls who don't even know what markets are still get raises by licking their bosses 🙂

Nothing Worst Organisation To Start the Career with this organisation. Never Join this organisation Specially Motilal Oswal Financial Services Malad (W) Interface 11 and Interface 7. No support from the team leaders No Support from the organisation.

1) Low Salary 2) Poor Office Culture 3) Favouritism and Biased nature of Team Leaders especially My ex team leader nisha pillai which is a rand. 4) Long working hours. 5) Compulsory Working even on weekends and festivals 6) Not paying attention to planned leaves and sick leaves. 7) Worst HR and Management Environment. 8) No Scope for the Appraisal or Promotions or Increments. 9) Not providing work from home and also long travelling hours. 10) Everytime Pressuring Relating to the targets.

Nothing. From day one you will get pressurized. Day you will be forced to wait till 8 30 in the evening and in the morning you will have to reach by 8.15 or else your paid leave will get deducted.

To much of pressure even for freshers. The TL nd manager would force you to abscond from the job and you won't get and relieving letter as well as you notice period salary. There are case where people have done 3 month notice period but still didn't got any thing. neither the salary nor the experience letter. Totally biased place if you are a girl and you show cleavage then you won't get much pressure but for other it would be triple. You will work here for 12 to 13 hours and your personal life would be hell . The Tl and manager are 12 and b com graduate who really don't have any knowledge. They don't even care for the client because of which majority of the data is inactive and you will be forced to call on the number which are inactive for almost 10 year. Daily you will have to daily 500 to 600 call and your ear would start paining by the end of the day. And then also you would be hearing bad words from you TL and manager. Their log say great place to work. But in actually life it worst place to work. The client are currently doing police complaint on the advisor for destroying there portfolio. Don't do a mistake like me by joining it your career would be at a end and this bustard would laugh at it.
