It's my first company and its been more than 2 years I've been working in Motifworks. It's been a wonderful journey, I got to learn different technologies and in 2 years I've worked on 3 projects. Overall experience is very good. In 2 years I've got 3 increments and one promotion. Everything is good at Motifworks. Full job security. Work life balance. Job satisfaction. Better learning.

I am working with MW for last 4.5 years and I find this is good company to start your career. 1. Learnings and increment is dependent on the assigned project. 2. If project is earning more then you will get more % hike than others. 3. Work environment is friendly 4. Good opportunities to explore azure services 5. Salary Expectations
I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?
