It's my first company and its been more than 2 years I've been working in Motifworks. It's been a wonderful journey, I got to learn different technologies and in 2 years I've worked on 3 projects. Overall experience is very good. In 2 years I've got 3 increments and one promotion. Everything is good at Motifworks. Full job security. Work life balance. Job satisfaction. Better learning.

I am working with MW for last 4.5 years and I find this is good company to start your career. 1. Learnings and increment is dependent on the assigned project. 2. If project is earning more then you will get more % hike than others. 3. Work environment is friendly 4. Good opportunities to explore azure services 5. Good company if you are working with Microsoft related technologies 6. Work from home
