Had a good growth in terms of position and salary. Work life balance is sometimes good and we do have pressure but that the part of work and should be same everywhere. Culture is very good

HR tries to talk about work life balance but cannot do anything about it. Sometimes the work pressure is high.

The work culture is pretty good if you compare it to the Big 4s or the major Indian firms. The work itself is not too stressful, although it depends on your team and the manager.

Dislikes

Expect absolutely 0% growth in your career and skills during your time here. This is a dead end job which will just be good to pay your bills but kill your growth in the long run. It’s like working at a 100 year old Indian Public Bank with the same systems and processes, copy and paste model. You’ll always feel stuck and frustrated here no matter how long you’ve been here. I’d advise working at a different company where you’ll have to burn the midnight oil for a year, but could equip yourself with the right skills ensuring long term growth. This job is for those who’ve been defeated by luck, who were left with no other choice but to accept this job. If you are in a desperate need of a job, like many people in the country at the moment, then you can go for this one. It’s decent as compared to the toxic environment in other major firms in our nation. But don’t expect any progress in your professional life.

... life Balance. Structured Training and Excellent Work Culture to learn and grow. In short it's a good company to join for Freshers as it is offering decent package for them.

Dislikes

After a point of time, Promotions and growth are a bit slow. Also the work here what most of the Teams/Departments do is more of Collection in nature and not of that Research.

1) Morningstar is very employee-centric company. 2) Best work-life balance that I have seen 3) Work=life satisfaction and compnay culture are much better than other companies, but at the cost of low pay.

Dislikes

1) Morningstar is one of the lowest_paying companies compared to industry standards. 2) There is zero tranparency regarding promotion and appaisals. 3) The company has a very high turnover for the above reasons.
