Market offers atleast 40% higher pay scale for CAs with 12+ years experience Women management mostly busy with married life and kids as 1st priority making lives of production team and others miserable Filthy politics Zero delegation even at high levels.. VPs are dummies of top management

Workload is fine, office cab. Another company screwed by Micromanagers

Dislikes

A lot of politics, favourism, poor promotion, they can eat your variable pay completely. Some managers who are old in organisation control everyone to get things done as per them Threat, abusive language by manager towards consultants especially. No clear picture about management, during appraisal you'll find new stakeholders which u had to satisfy
