There is no job security My TL always threats to refer back to HR when you not complete the daily targets it's been pressure so I put my papers even in notice period they say you'll do more than your target it's really pressurized me.🥲🥲

It was glad being part of one of the best MNC among all. The company is expertise in modern technology and implementing new innovation in into works. Friendly work culture, good to work in team as a member under US based project. Client visits often. Job security is strong.Management is average. Company maintain good polies that includes HR policies and follows zero tolerance in terms of Securities & Compliance. Company allows business casual wear in office was a good experience for me.

Dislikes

.... It was sometimes 11 hours in office and 12-13 hours during the work from home. Compensation is average, growth is slow. Average Team Management. Individual's strength is not considered much, no or less appreciation received. Work-life was imbalanced. No social life. No work satisfaction. No such other training provided for self development

Good working environment and culture. Good and friendly teammates. Comfortable to work in office.

Salary is decent but career growth is slow. To get appraisal is very difficult. To put hard work you get appraisal.

Few teams tl and manager are not good again the policy they are issuing pip if the have some experience people in the project example if you are ah less experience in the project and u r learning it, at the time if the recruited any experience candidate for the team you won't be shifted to other project u will be indirectly terminated in the name of issuing pip and clearing pip is not possible especially in hospital billing

...ompany. Where they consider more about employees. That's the best part of ajuba. And also the salary packages and allowance they provide is very much usefull for me. Work pressure is not much once you achieve your daily targets.

Dislikes

They can improve in thier training and teaching skills. Also in my team there is no seperate team for printing. So if they allot them it will be more useful.
