The management system wasn't very accommodating. Also, the work would often extend much beyond the working hours, and the remuneration given didn't compensate for all the work that was expected from an associate.

It is a good company to start your career in CLM domain. If you work hard and give positive results, the company will promote you. Though, they will burden you with responsibilities of a senior associate months before even promoting you.

Dislikes

If you already joined as an associate who is earning more than your fellow associates, they'll only give you a min raise while promoting you which is not at all appreciative
