All the skills that I possess today regarding contract lifecycle management are because of this organization only. The seniors were very forthcoming when it came to resolving doubts or needing any help.

Dislikes

The management system wasn't very accommodating. Also, the work would often extend much beyond the working hours, and the remuneration given didn't compensate for all the work that was expected from an associate.

Work Details

Work policy: Depending on the project assigned, it can be either work from home or work from office.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

- The seniors are highly supportive and collaborative. - The organization respects Work - Life balance for every associate. - The organization believes in providing their associates a highly - supporting and comforting environment, where any new ideas are promoted and encouraged.

Dislikes

No negative points as such.

Work Details

Work policy: During the initial training period, I have the option of Work From Home. Once my training ceases, I have to commute to the office, and it's Work From Office.

Work days: Monday to Friday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.
