Mindtree is a open company wherein you can have good connection with the clients and the management. I feel really good working with Mindtree. Joined few years back and I had very good interaction with clients and if you have good performance then as per policy you will be getting promotion. They do have track on career growth, courses etc..

Everything is good here, you will find good compensation good work life balance and good projects as well. At Mindtree I find carrer growth and opportunities are great and carrer development cycle is excellent.

The compensation is not balanced at all,the work life balance is not at all followed as per the organizational plan.

Company is readily investing in new technologies like Cloud, BigData, IoT, Chat Bots, Block chain. I am part of the cloud team, hence was part of multiple projects with new experiences to take way. You will find your work interest and carreer growth in abundance here.

Work culture depends on the team, so if a team has lazy members , well Good Luck. Apart from that managers are miser in terms of appreciation, bonus, and team outings. And some projects get hampered with managers ego clash with architects, team etc.

... opportunities. Responsibility is given and expectations are gauged effectively. Pay is good for freshers. With experience, if pay and hike is considered properly..this company is great to stay learn and work. It has the perfect balance of being a MNC with a lot of productive work which helps in career and learning.

Compensation should he revised for seniors in order to retain confidence and quality.
