This company is established 2008. I love that fact I am a part of a team that market reliable, high quality products and has a global client base. I also like the employee re-hire policy here. Work environment is good.

Dislikes

Compensation is decent, but salary/appraisal, career growth is very slow and work pressure is high. There is no on-job training for fresher, hence senior don't like me have to guide them step by step.

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

This company is established in 2008. I love the fact that I am a part of a team. This company is high product launch as carburetor, throttle engine, gasket ( plastic intek manifold), vvt gear etc. It's work environment and travel is good.

1.Too much politics here. 2.Hierarchy not maintain. 3.Juniors report to HOD directly. 4.Job description not maintained Senior Engineer, Assistant manager & also Deputy manager do setup, tool change and other activity. 5.Prmotions provided to whom who Sycophant. 6.Strict working Monday to Saturday. 6. Managers fear from Permanent operator.
