Job security wise it's good. They don't fire any one unless you violate any non tolerance acts. Work culture wise its coming up but not so good. They still n

... client organization treats the employees like they are doing some favor to you. Salary is never deposited on time. There is no provision for transportation or safety in work place for any shift. The HR team thinks no End of themselves.

ML gives me the diversity and work life balance facility. Managers are supportive and company have their quality process which enhance each individual to grow in company.

...ecruitment process need to rebuild and work faster for closure of new opening. Individual Appraisal and promotion to be taken care with good salary hike.

Good work invironment, Variety of work and people, flexible work hours. Versatility of being able to do a variety of tasks. Being able to work virtually. Having a forward-thinking, supportive company that realizes employees are their greatest asset.

They most hire on EPD role, in EPD salary package doesn't increases.
