This is not employee centric company, we do not get any benefits apart from salary Managers are worst here they are working here from too long and they make new rules everyday

Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and management is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcades for chilling. Company policies are good.

Salary is decent but career growth is slow.

Overall one of the biggest worst work culture company and one more thing we can say that company is good but all managers and projects are not good. I would recommend don't join this company if you get offer.

About microland it's all good, they give support, compensation, they listen you. But at end you have work for customer which are not as per your choice.

Slow career growth. But joining Microland will give you good hikes.

There is worklife balance, you don’t have to work extra and no OT is there.

Dislikes

They hire on contract by saying that you will be permanent after 24 months and salary will be increased accordingly, offered wfh by negotiating the salary, but after few months called to office without any increase in salary, not even did the permanent employment.
