There is nothing to like about Mervic infotech that I will give any feedback or rating on.

Dislikes

Salary Ishu, late payable salary, not credit salary in on date and time, Joining time is what it says but nothing is available after joining. The usage here is very bad if there is a problem the problem is not solved, Even if the salary is deducted without any reason, the approval of the leave is not obtained properly...

Pathetic experience as it's a hire a fire company (0 job security) and especially their new client wakefit is absolutely rubbish as don't have any standard SOP which can be followed during the certification and moreover the trainner Legendary Kashif n Shreyashi & Faizan Shariff doesn't conduct any mock call session properly one n one with every individual to ensure that each individual gets certified, As they are engaged with other batches or they are occupied with the vast training itself that they do not assist with each individual with mock calls or they do not prepare any individual before the certification, therefore they are equally responsible for the failure for each individual as they did not groom those people accordingly so that they can clear the certification, Also in every company there is assistance provided by the SME'S & QUALITY TEAM so that each individual clear the certification, But here the client has a different mentality all together as they judge people on the basis of one call and then they ask you to leave ... Very nasty tactics used by the client as they are under the impression that one can learn all the product n process within 2 weeks of time frame and if don't learn all these by heart by two weeks then simply fire... What an extraordinary company as they do not groom any individual to improve and simply terminate.. Overall worst 👎experience ever... Definitely not recommended
