In an emergency time work support from office is very good.

...NO House rent for family in site location,Food Allowance is only 2000 per month.Neglecting old employees in increament time and they offer new employees more salary.My salary is equal to new employee Sr Engineer salary.It is very bad 😞.I have been working here 12 Years but no growth in my salary.

Good experience and good company, but old employees (5 to 7 years experience persons) salary is lower than recently joined skilled labour. Apart from old employees salaries and promotions the company is excellent 👍

...t, the company has a great responsibility to review their employees welfare too. How much they are paid, how much should we pay, is it according to the market value or less. No, they don't have time. If anybody questions, they are out of the screen.

No timing , flexible working ,travel within specific area , Increment and bonus after every two years financial month of company, too work pressure and work load .
