There is no job security and salary deduction is very bad. At the food quality is very poor. Politics create on site by hod and project head.

4 years no increments @ There only future for Telgu peoples. If you belongs AP. Hyderabad. Bas aapa chappan karo only time pass then after they will get transfer to home or promoted in front of you. Manager and other senior's are only telgu. There is to much partitialy with north INDIAN

...omplain ki woh dono mil jayenge or aap ko kam par laga kar 50 50 share kar te. Maximum logo ka salary package aap 12000 se 20000 ke beech mai milega or baki jo hai woh log sab saloo se pade no increments. Mera jo manager tha woh RAMU Aluri Woh megha mai mess chalata tha Assam project mai then bas woh kya setting hai ki woh Barmer mai manager the only BA Pass jo ki level hydro testing foreman ke sath then usko RCM bana diya ... 80 crore . 7000inch daya job work ka project 3 sal mai complet nahi kar paya then aaj bhi whi kam chal raha hai. Waha planning waka 2018 mai aaya then 3 month mai resign kiya then ek 20 hajar ka rakh

1. Company Culture 2. Job Security 3. Work Satisfaction 4. Each & Every time get approval from PM Who may seating down at HO 5. Material flow quiet low, on behalf of this they asking progress 6. Measure issues North Vs South feelings a lot, by which no one unable to survive on that atmosphere.

Here one can act like he is working and do zore work in the end he will be rewarded same as the hard working guy or even more.

... nepotism, castism, regionism, favorism,... Etc all types of negative isms here. If one is brave enough to join Megha make sure to ask atleast 100% hike on your current package so you have atleast one good thing to say about.

I have no problem in this company. They gives us salary in time. Food and accommodation is also good but site to site it's depending upon there food culture.
