Everything is good..managament is full support from the employee and organisation as geven a gud salary and bonus and gud facility ..I am happy with working in this organisation.

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good,appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues.salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign.on the job training is not given to new joiners.

... of politics.only you can work peacefully,if you'd licks Higher official shoes.Low salary and benefits.There is agreement policy for 2 years.Also they are demanding 1 lakh to return your own certificates.Even you've genuine reason to resign,they won't consider.I have one year of experience in this company(medreich Unit-7).Id never seen a satisfied colleague in this company.worst transport facility,atleast 60people traveling in a single mini cab(suraj masta) food...? No words.In simple words, we're working as a slave.

Medreich is Good Company for New Buddies. They can learn more. Teammates are supportive.. no support during COVID-19 pandemic situation.. no transportation..

...nsportation, Incentives is not good.. less incentives compare to Casual workers. Appraisal and Salary average. Agreement and Bond is there for employees.

...I learn more in that company for my life growth environment condition also good. Salary was paid every month 1 date. Free travel provided, work life balance also good
