Hello, Current offer from CG - Total 21.5L, fixed as 19.4 and rest bonus Retention offer from Deloitte - Total 19.1, fixed as 15.5 and rest bonus (4L) I understand the offer is less but my manager explained that Deloitte's hikes are better in the market and on an average, I can get 15% every year with good performance. The same hikes in CG are around 5-6% so financially, my salary growth will definitely be more in Deloitte. Please give me suggestions. I have good management and projects in Deloitte with WLB but I would like to have some perspective on offered CTC too

Medi Assist company is a good company. As comparison other customer care service. This company service is so good. Work pressure is manageable. Manager, T. L and office staffs are good. Good culture, maintained rules and regulations. Work environment is good, teammates are good. Training section is the best.

Good place to learn, Can as well be called a training center, flexible timings, Colleagues mingle like a family.Stress free company. Has good business.

Salary is very less, Experienced people are forced to resign. They prefer taking 2 freshers rather than retaining 1 experienced person. Internal politics and partiality by heads. Careless attitude in handling business. Monopoly of heads at branch level.
