Work environment and culture is very Bad .No proper way for reporting.Company policies are too bad.No salary hike and bonus every year.

...our issues. Job training is not provided to new joiners.career growth is slow. Salary structure is very poor .

... 9 years of experience in top mnc's as HCL, TULIP, WIPRO, EDPRO TECHNOCRATS etc. but I think I can not got the Job profile & salary package as I deserve. In Medhaj politics is on higher level, I said that on experience that myself face the politics in Medhaj, some persons (not mention the name) in Medhaj staff of DVVNL Agra head office who are make the environment so that I can leave the job & give resignation. But the Government staff of Chief Distribution Office DVVNL Agra has supported me at the bestest.

Not any support from Medhaj Staff either from Head office Lucknow. After my accident done during service when I leave the office for home in which my left leg was fractured very badly but I don't get medical leave & after 7 days I will join the office due to which my leg get more worst & finally I suffered from operation. And also a very good thing that after all I can give resignation but my All dues as TA, Tour expenses, Accommodation of first 7 days of joining & also salary was not reimbursement till now.

You can learn things here whole year but don't ask for appraisal. Because they have 2 cr turnover but they are not giving any appraisal to you so think about this. Only Lucknow Employees gets benefits of anything from company side. A very big company.

... office but there is no fix timing of exit. 2 You will never get appraisal here. 3 They will never give your salary after the resign. 4 There is no HR Policy. 5 Very lala type company. 6 There are lots of politics. 7 In short avoid joining here.

Salary on time, Consultation job, 10.00 to 07.00 job, Saturday half day or holiday. Anyone can learn about estimation of Transmission line, substation, IEC IS standards.

Job security, you have to search job before Project completion.
