Nothing to be like in this organization, All the HR works under the Mangers. This organization has very toxic environment and politics as well. To like in this organization first please remove these two managers from this organization than only this organization will have some work life balance

This organization does not have any work-life-balance, Job security, work satisfaction, salary and etc. The main thing in this organization there are two managers they force to there employee to out the resignation and they give threat for termination to there employee. Now they have hire around 10 to 12 employee from the campus, in these 10 to12 now there are only 2 employee left and another 10 has left or they got terminated Now the appraisal season are going on and they are giving pressure in the appraisal so employee can get less appraisal, they put down there senior in from of there junior In this organization Senior Person should take the interview but the junior employee is taking the interview to put down the senior people There is a Junior manager in SIT he force to their employee to work and spend at least 15 to 16 hours and also they force to work in weekend as well There is one manager who only hires the employee who is from his family or friends

Worst management, there is a DY Manager the name of namdev bhosale he not suitable for that post. If you go in his under process, your life will spoil. He is very lier person, he committed every for our satisfaction but in real no any get results from him. Same other manager and upper management every time are busy to pull feet of each other. I'm suggesting you don't go here and don't do your life spil here.

Very low salary, team management not proper, worst manager. mail room process (claim merging/merging)is very worst process, plz don't go in this process. you don't get any opportunity in this company. I never heard this process in other company it's like radhi wala kaam doing you. plz i told you don't joined this company. some employee in this company very G**d and l**d chatu of the manager. in this process you don't get any knowledge, even 10-12 years of kids do this work, very useless process in world and worst process. Faltu managers awards goes to namdev bhosale. fault employee in this process is Ganesh patil

Lot of things. Like in this company they don't see your efforts. At the time of appraisal they had given every member of my team a rating of 3. How is it possible whole team getting same rating?

...frastructure to ensure business continuity. NO employee has been asked to leave. NO Pay-cuts. Salaries credited ONTIME. Alternate assignments were offered to employees whose existing projects were impacted because of the pandemic.
