No HR policy..Poor people management..Too much dependency..Micro management..Manger don't support you much, only judge on the basis of fault you do..No manager to employee interaction...long working hours..They need someone who can work day/Night..No work life balance.. In short they don't care about you much.!

Job security is good here, work culture the most is not good everything need to depend on others, management poor decisions and company good policies applicable who will work like robot.

You will be in constant threat from your manger to pay your salary back/ head will roll (do not know from where he gets this phrase I hope he read this.) if any minor bug is found during development.
