It's the number one wall paper company & it's working culture, high quality products, good & highend client base

Benefits for the employees, as no PF is there. Salary dates are variable, take much time for reimbursement

Dislikes

Everything. They won't provide proper training just basic and that too the trainer will not give you training with responsibility they just train you for name sake for them it has become a government job. Joining letter and other documents they are very lazy and slow to provide and on contact there's no where mentioned about the salary cut off if the employee could not achieve the target.

There's nothing to like about this company.

When I was there employee, this company made a trial run of running a counter in a LFs interiors store and that got failed they not just fired us but did not even paid us the salary of three months.

There are certain roles which can give you a long lasting but stagnant career

Everything the management is moody ...there are only two designations ...owner and naukar ...this will probably make you understand everything about the company
