Few colleagues were motivating. Two female and one male colleague always helped me to navigate through. Without whom I would have left the job in first week. And although they helped me out they constantly gave me time even after there work hours at the end manager took all the credit and also told higher management that I complained about my colleagues. This was absolutely a lie.

... every pg/flat has some kinda lock in period without which they don't give room. Even if the salary was okay everything was spent on deposit and compensation paid due to leaving in 1 month. Sometimes shifting happend between month hence pg were all full and booked company did not provide hotel more then 3 days. Managed by self. And after having all this trouble the next day you have moved they set up meeting and expect to fulfill targets in a new place new territory from the first day. Well this wasn't enough when I tried to talk things out that It's been just two days I have joined and I need to atleast understand the business I was told that ; "I don't care about all this that you say, I will complaint against you that you do not wish to work you are mannerless and useless, from day one you did not have any will to learn." If I didn't have the will to learn why would I have agreed to move to 5 different places in 6 months and achieved target in 4/6 months despite being relocated 5 times? Next ... This thing happened with my colleague, we joined together but he/she completed all the tasks and targets given. Despite doing this a complaint was sent that he/she is not paying complete attention to work has no will to work. He/she was sent to a village to work with bare minimum he/she went and worked and made improvement in area. Also increased business by 50% yet he /she was expecting a confirmation letter but to the surprise was sent to another place and was told if they increase business by 200% then they'll get a confirmation letter. They tried and increased it to 150% and got a email of PIP(performance improvement plan) which indirectly means that if they do not improve company has the right to terminate the employee and notice period for pip is 15 days. After this that employee started finding jobs. When he/she found gave a resignation letter but was told by hr to serve 2 month notice period and upon being asked by employee why so? HR replied that the PIP is only on email and was not on system. What kind of joke is happening with employees? Emotionally mentally physically and financially all ways they are being drained. Manager used to tell me; you can call me anytime till 12 am. I am so dedicated I have to you know. And literally that manager made me work till 12 or sometimes 1. Did not gave me leave even on festivals. Contrary to it, was told to visit stores on festivals compulsorily and if not all sick leaves and casual leave were taken away. Despite putting leave on system was told that who'll work you are not interested in work only. You just want to do timepass. Once I told I need 3 days leave to go to home mother was not well. I was told that just for your mother you'll take leave. "Tum na bahane hi banati/ banate raho kaam tumse hota nahi hai, timepass ke liye rakha h kya tumko" and I haven't had taken even a day off in 6 months at that point. Worked 7 days a week for 15 hours a day and no festival off. And yet when I asked for leave which by the way casual leaves & sick leaves all I had did not take any still was told "tum to bahane kar rahi/rahe ho" No job security, no respect given by manager. Have many more incidents like this. But, would take me a novel to complete.
