Marriott culture . During Covid we are imposed with a salary cut, irrespective of how much is what I am earning per month. Just for being in a manager post , its not necessary that I will be getting high salary.Entire managers are imposed with salary cut of 50%, but are they earning in same scale? . Now my salary is lesser than a 3 yr experienced associate.

...y for who ever near to the the hotel good for them not for out of city or state. Very basic salary, Only entry level associate will get overtime, not for supervisor level.

Everybody nature is great our manager HR other department everybody is good in his work and minor things of employees will be tc by seniors

About health card when I hospitalized I will pay whole bill then it's reimbursed

Environment is good respect to each other guest is also good when I worked in marriot for one year

9hour working and rotational shift is good but the salary is low 17000 month and not so much of over time instead they pay only 50per hours so doesn't mean of making overtime an working on contract basis no benefit of paid holidays and no bonus
