The amount of workload put on to the employees on daily basis for more than 12-13 hrs with merely 5-10 mins break taken can actually turn any person into an hardworking and an all rounder :)

... of politics and the management doesn't address our issues and they were biased. Salary paid was very less and it was not at all justified with the amount of work given. Food served in cafeteria was a risk to human health. The on job training was aswell not proper.

I learnt a lot from renaissance Hotel Lucknow . In the lockdown period each n every employee got salary. So it was big thing. I am very grateful to this company staff like Manager n Associate every staff talk to very polite so this is also good. Marriott international had nothing did for tha there associate they not support at the time i was in tribble

They never followed rules His salary structure is very bad in associate leval they are taking hours & hours of work but they didn't paid mony for that even we are in a sick then never care for that

I completed 2 yrs in Marriott international property, I find out from good culture manners and how can handle customer complete and all and how to work with couleg and our managers I really enjoy to work with my Marriott , especially it's an Career growth and branded company valued certificate

Duty hours it's not mind no problem I really enjoyed each work but salary is very less given from there extra hours salary not give and experienced persons no increment and all

There are no one take care of any employees and there are less than salary by another hotel and appraisal should be not given by her/his to performance
