I worked in a owner based starwood hotel , which i think lack in many ways , which i believe could have been a completely differnt organisation to work for if it would have been managed by starwood hotels & resorts.

...rganisation , but what i felt was,that we were not even close to such standards. Please manage all the hotels and resorts else it will only become money making and cost cutting organisation with starwood standards with a complete failure .

...y for who ever near to the the hotel good for them not for out of city or state. Very basic salary, Only entry level associate will get overtime, not for supervisor level.

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies aregood, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Dislikes There is a lot of politics and the management dosen't address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow.

It's ok company to work with, you see all indian owner running company are same end of day

Work life balance is not there. In fact all hotels has same problems people are working their head to toe but they are getting peanuts as salary. It's seriously a shame on the industry, been like this and will be like this.
