Only thing I would say is that we all want to earn a salary never mind the issue of growing as an individual. Since the foundation is an NGO, sometimes one gets motivated when you receive some sort of payment instead of just a thank you.

Everything is absolutely perfect while working at Marpu. They provide us flexible working hours with a handsome salary package. It emphasises on CSR opportunities and comes up with innovative solutions to address the problems in hand. It gives us wonderful opportunities and we one can learn so much while working here. It is an amazing NGO and has everything one needs for satisfaction.
