I enjoy almost everything about working here because one doesn't just learn, you also have the opportunity to engage with people around the world. Which makes it easy for you to be recognized with the outstanding work you get to do here.

Dislikes

Only thing I would say is that we all want to earn a salary never mind the issue of growing as an individual. Since the foundation is an NGO, sometimes one gets motivated when you receive some sort of payment instead of just a thank you.

...e is immense. The opportunities, resources, and overall atmosphere is excellent. The work-life balance is excellent and so is the monetary compensation and job security. The opportunities help a lot with skill development, which can truly help in the long run.
