I enjoy almost everything about working here because one doesn't just learn, you also have the opportunity to engage with people around the world. Which makes it easy for you to be recognized with the outstanding work you get to do here.

Dislikes

Only thing I would say is that we all want to earn a salary never mind the issue of growing as an individual. Since the foundation is an NGO, sometimes one gets motivated when you receive some sort of payment instead of just a thank you.

Marpu Foundation is a wonderful place to work, but the high turnover rate can be a challenge. Frequent changes in team members can disrupt project continuity and place additional strain on remaining staff. Focusing on employee retention strategies would greatly benefit the organization.

I liked everything about it. The working hours are flexible for employees and interns. No pressure is given. The Foundation is doing great social work. It is one of the best NGO.
