HR behaviour is not good even at the time of salary discussion in interview they just say that you will get this much of salary in hand and they will give you the discussed in hand salary as CTC +2000 allowance claimable for transportation and mobile recharge but you can't be claim because when you ask HR for allowance claim she says that you are getting salary including allowance.

Markss Provides the best training for new Joiners hear i m working since 3 years it gives good salary package as well as travel allowance and every year appraisal depending on your work performance.

- Extreme toxic environment in certain department - HR is not very supportive/ rude to you - Alot of politics - Sometimes you will get overloaded with works - No proper team for marketing at least to say

Company policy are good to work with it. Dealing with latest technology.

Dislikes

Work environment are to bad. Owner of the company think like that they have own us because use their team to do their households stuff. They even didn't have their employees working details at the time of increment/ appraisal. Work is more important than employees health. Everyone is blame others for their fault but none of them accept their mistakes. Doing nonsense stuff, big joke is in feedback they even didn't ask the field engineer what's was actual cause or problems at customer end.
