Nothing is there to like or appreciate about mamaearth. If you are workaholic and you don’t desire recognition, better compensation and growth in different roles, please join, they really looking for under paid people who can work 12-15 hours

Favouritism, No professional people around, No growth, Lot of pressure and toxicity, You everyday feel like you are doing nothing after doing everything, when you will resign you will be treated like you have done a crime and they will not let you breathe.

A lot of learning. Since work here is not structured properly you have to do a lot of work that is not consistent with your profile. But you might be able to learn a lot of things by getting your hands dirty. Also, townhall goodies are good

Dislikes

Very poor salary compared to market standard. Very poor work-life balance. You might be expected to work on weekends, on weekdays even after 10 pm. It can go long till 2-3 am too. Due to not defined work structure a lot of accountability comes on person who is not even supposed to take this. Leadership is questionable as well as demotivating.
