The training program of the head quarters is excellent and the mentors of the head quarters are too good.

Dislikes

...starts torturing and humiliating so that the employee itself leaves the company.She has been doing this for years and even doesn't pay for the incentives nor does she pays the salary if the employee has to leave because of some geniune reason.Her right hand Afroz too manipulates the employees who work there and is a bad fit for any company as he doesn't speak well of the owner and misguides the new employees .So the minute any person joins in this franchise is filled with all negativity and is often scared of his/her job.

...even money for basic perks like family insurance is extracted from employees. 6. Major cost cutting in every thing. 7. Regressive HR policies like shutting down Cafeterias between 2:00 PM and 6:00 PM every day in the name of boosting productivity. 8. No leave encashment, justified in the name of a scam called unlimited leaves. 9. Foul language considered a norm in day to day meetings even among leaders.

Salary for few people who have below market standard salary

Everything:- 1. Accepting MMT offer letter is equal to divorcing your family and life as they will treat you like their slave/disposable property 2. Work life balance is negative. They will ask you to carry laptop in your trips or vacations. If there is a prod issue during your leave, they will call you to fix it. If you can't or not carrying your laptop you will be abused. There is no concept of weekend or holidays. 3. Abusive, toxic work culture. Senior people abusing others to get extremely overloaded work done by individuals are promoted every year with good hikes. People complaining about abuses are targeted for more abuse and zero hike but they are not laid off as they cannot afford laying off due to their high attrition. 4. False promises by HR. While joining you will be lured with Open Leave Policy which is a myth. taking 18 leaves in a year will not carry forward any number of leaves to next year, once 24 leaves is attained your manager will warn you. Taking 30 leaves will ensure zero hike for you. 5. Rigid work from office culture. If you need to take 1 day wfh, your manager or senior will bug you with weird issues every 30mins which will never come up when you are in office. 6. Please do not join unless you in JOIN or DIE situation. I would prefer to die.
