Its a great company for a short stint. You can get your CTC upgraded and move on. My suggestion to aspiring candidates do not settle for lesser than 50% of current ctc.

1. Policies and Recognition: The organization has undergone significant policy changes. However, there are no promotions, rewards, or recognition within the MyPartner team only gives their favorite people . This impacts employee morale and motivation. 2. No Job Security in mypartner: Many talented individuals join the company due to its brand reputation, but they often regret the decision once they realize the lack of job security. This issue needs urgent attention to prevent talent loss. 3. Management Communication: There are concerns about how skip level managers communicate. Their approach is often perceived as rude, which negatively affects the team's work environment and morale. 4. Upper Management Practices: Upper management appears to focus on protecting their positions rather than taking responsibility. When issues arise, they often place employees on PIP instead of addressing the root causes. This practice creates a sense of insecurity, especially in the MyPartner department. VP not bother to listen the problem all the shouting only need only result. If you give HR feedback then your back counting started in org, also if you give any feedback to HR that also not safe VP gets all the information which employee given what rating and all.

Huge pay disparity people with lower salary bracket cannot dream of getting higher package The LTeam is based out of Delhi so the culture is to demean ppl from other region Suggestion : aspiring candidates must negotiate their salary with a minimum hike of 50% its a standard in Delhi so other regions should follow suite

Not recommend for senior role, work for a year or 2 then move on. Negotiate salary with HR properly more preference given to ppl in HO. Since its a delhi based company leadership and top level mgt looks at people from other regions as inferior. They comment on the way you dress and look. If you are joining as KAM role then pls never dream of geting a leadership role as well as team handling role you will never this opportunity.
