Good work environment and culture, teammates are supportive, companies policy are good appraisals are also good but keeping in mind the present no hike and bonus or for that matter appraisal.

Salary is decent but career growth is slow, release period for an employee is 3 months

...ever I started at mahindra finance . Very rude behavior of almost all employees. Every month u ll get salary on 1st . Appraisal depend on your boss whatever u hv done nothing will calculate

Job security zero and this time mahindra finance very professional but on money he will teach you with emotional. Travel too much . No any one guide u about your work because there is no any culture to give u training

No doubt , Company is good in terms of work environment & career growth. But some hindrance employee faces in his growth due to seniors & culture. Learning ,innovative, work environment & job security all is good for the employee. Hiring policy & other things in terms of department wise is good. Overall good for employee.

We get salary timely without any delay. This is the only good thing about this company.

Dislikes

No hybrid work culture, no work life balance (depends on your manager), as per policy only 3rd Saturday off but that too company can withdraw it at any moment. Incentive policies are critical to achieve RBMIs. Every month is March closing. Every month last Sunday is normal working day.

... have small suggestion in future we can do less paper work business like bank. We can do better then bank but some were missing salary customers they prefer bank. We are giving quick dispendment but some paper missing we can't give same days. This my suggestion our mahindra
