There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow.

1. It feels like a very good organization but my suggestion is don't join as a diploma trainee. organization is ruining their career. 2.When new trainee joined they welcomes him / her by giving a lot of load. They want 100% output without proper training. 3. They want output of a senior person from a fresher. 4. Organization tree structure is very poor. there are a lot of people in senior management but less people in operational. and more than 50 % manpower is trainees having maximum 3yr experience & freshers. 5. There is no career growth. 6. As per new policies organization is not confirming people and discontinuing after 2yrs completion of their training. Even if his / her performance is very good in their respective work fields. Due to this people are getting stress & depresses. 7. Executive officers are also unsatisfied in this organization. They are getting very low salaries, late promotions and less increment always. and this salary structure is continuing since starting of the organisation nothing has changed in this pay structure. 8. HR is not supportive. They don't work for employees, they are working for senior management. I never seen this before. And they always told like we don't have authorization to solve your concerns, senior management will take decision on your problems. 9. Lot of politics in everything and everywhere. 10. They were giving hope like policies is going to changed soon we will confirm you as executive soon. after 2yrs they discontinue them after getting efficient output. 11. This system, working culture, promotions and salary is very poor than a Tire -3 industry. Also there is no bonus and no appreciation for your work. 12. No one is happily working here and everyone is having lot of work pressure and lot of stress about their career growth.

... 6.APPRAISAL IS TOO LESS ,SO EVERYONE EIS UNSATISFIED,THEM THAT IMPACTS ON WORK.FROM LAST 15 YEARS SALARY STURCTURE IS SAME. 8.HERE THEY ARE DESCALLING EVERYONE SKILL.IN CAD DIE LAY OUT MAMBER CANT DESIGN,DESIGN MEBER CAN'T PREPARE DIE LAY OUR,PATTERN DESIGN MEMBER CAN NOT DESIGN A COMPLETE TOOL DESIGN,2D PREPARATION SECTION IS DIFFERENT.AND IN CAM PREFITTING PROGRAMMER CAN NOT PREPARE THE PATTERN & POST PROGRAM LIKE THIS.THAT'S CARRER OPPORTUNITIES IS VERY LESS. 9.RE HIRE POLICY IS VERY POOR. 10.ALWAYS HR STANDS WITH MANAGEMENT,NEVER SUPPORT ANY EMPLOYEE. 11..LASTLY I AM SAYING THAT NO OPERATIONAL PERSON IN THIS COMPANY IS HAPPY ,EVERYONE FINDING NEW JOBS.

Nothing good for like this company. Only get salary on time. Good for training.

1. Worst working place ever. 2. No one is happy here. 3. Less salary. 4. Very less increment. 5. Late promotion. 6. HR is not supportive. 7. Always there is lot of work pressure in less time limit. 8. They want first time right output without proper training. 9. Discontinue after 2yr of training as per policy. 10. There is no confirmation chance. 11.Always telling lie for their benefit.
